Services we offer

Packing service: We will come to your home at your convenience, and will catalog and stage your boxes for the movers. We use a system that will help your or your movers place the boxes in the correct rooms, to avoid having to sort through boxes to find things after the move.

Prior to packing, we list the items in each box. We will also color-code and number each box by room, to make it easy to spot where they belong and where to find things. In addition, if you would like photographs on a CD for insurance purposes, we will do that as well, the only charge would be the cost to produce the CD.

If you have items you no longer need, let us help arrange to have them donated to local nonprofit organizations. Also, if you are clearing out an estate and want to contact an auction or junk removal company, we can arrange for that as well.

If you don't have a moving company in mind for a local move, just let us know - we can recommend a few companies (one has moved the owner the last three times). They are efficient, trustworthy, and insured.

Using a moving 'pod'? We will load the contents of your home in the storage unit and securely tie it down. We offer the "muscle" to load and/or unload your belongings, using the same care as when we packed them.

Moving day service: If you would like, one of our team members can be there the day of your move, to make sure that the boxes are placed in the correct rooms. This will free up your time to decide where the furniture should be placed. Obviously this service only applies to local moves.

We would also make sure that the most important boxes are within easy reach, so you aren't digging through boxes looking for toiletries, linens, and kitchen items. We will make up the beds, hang shower curtains, and unpack the coffee maker, etc. - anything to make your move less stressful.

Unpacking service: After the move, you will have the option of hiring us to unpack your belongings and remove all of the boxes and packing materials so you can begin living in your new home without tripping over boxes. We reuse or recycle all packing materials; we are as 'green' as possible!

Organization/decluttering service: If you aren't moving, but would like some help organizing your home and getting rid of the clutter that makes you feel overwhelmed, please call Wendy at 610-213-5748. We can discuss pricing, which would depend on the size of the job.
